The Workbench page is your own personal blog that you can use to document your LEGO builds. This might include work-in-progress designs for MOCs that you are working towards publishing; or official sets you might be building; or anything else related to LEGO building.
For MOC designers, this gives you one more way to build up a following and engage with your audience. You can use it to tease upcoming MOCs, get feedback on partial designs, get ideas for future designs, commiserate over failed designs etc. For MOC builders, your Workbench could be used to document your building progress, or your reviews of MOCs you have built.
To view your workbench in the Account menu go to > Workbench. Here you can view and edit previous posts, and create new posts. You can also deactivate posts which will hide them from other users.
Whenever you make a new post, your followers will be alerted via e-mail if they have notifications enabled.
Rules
While workbench posts are your own personal space, they are still a part of Rebrickable, so need to stay on topic and follow our general terms of service. In addition, the following rules apply to Workbench posts:
The Workbench post must be LEGO related.
No low effort posts such as memes.
No using the LEGO logo (only allowed as part of official LEGO box art, such as photographing your build next to a LEGO box)
No discussing leaks, or sharing leaked images. (discussing upcoming sets that have been officially announced is fine!)
No directing people to external sites for the purposes of a financial transaction. For example; linking to your youtube or instagram is fine, but directing them to your personal MOC store, or asking people to sign up for your patreon is not.
While encouraging people to follow you is allowed, doing so too frequently or without other content will likely see people unsubscribe from your workbench posts and could see your view counts decrease.
